As for downtimes, our data centers offer 99.99% connectivity on a tier 3 data center facility, ensuring optimal uptime and security for your data.

HelixCAS is accessible via the internet from any device with an internet connection and a web browser. The accessibility of the software depends on whether you choose to store your data via On-Cloud or On-Premise. If you opt for On-Cloud, your data will be stored offsite, allowing you to access it from anywhere and anytime. However, if you select On-Premise, you will only be able to access the software within the office or wherever your onsite data center/server is located, which may pose limitations in the long run, especially if you have a remote workforce.
