As for downtimes, our data centers offer 99.99% connectivity on a tier 3 data center facility, ensuring optimal uptime and security for your data.

HelixCAS is accessible via the internet from any device with an internet connection and a web browser. If you opt for On-Cloud, your data will be stored offsite, allowing you to access it from anywhere and anytime.
